a month agoI can’t say enough good things. My husband, son and grandsons stayed this weekend and the staff went above and beyond for them. My grandsons arrived to find things in the room especially for them including a little note addressed to them personally. Thank you to the amazing staff. They also appreciated all the things on offer including great meals at the club next door that was attended to the motel so they didn’t have to leave the building it was a short walk down a corridor making it easy to access. Thanks again.

a week agoA nice outlook, with the Panthers Club conveniently next door, and connecting entry for members, with after hours exit back to the Mercure. Rooms are nice, but a little dated.

a month agoMy stay was exactly what I needed. I was visiting for the NRL Grand Final weekend to attend & the hotel was perfectly located to everything I needed. The staff were amazing very communicative, ensured I was comfortable. The staff locked up and looked after my bags due to a late flight, upon check out. I will be definitely booking again in the new year. And I look forward to spending my time there again.
