2 months agoI stopped at the hotel on my way to Sydney and was looked after very well. The Reception Crew were welcoming, helpful and caring people. The room was of a good size and very clean. The bedding was crispy clean, fresh. The towels are of great quality. The air conditioner is new and works great. The location is great too. Thank you for the great service.

in the last weekAbsolutely disgusted. We paid $129 for a dirty room, with dirty bedding and when we discovered the dirty towels we left immediately. When I tried to ask the gentlemen at the front desk for clean bedding as ours had black stains on them, I was told "that's through a linen company, has nothing to do with us and there is nothing i can do tonight, but it's clean". We have now gone to seek accommodation elsewhere. Don't waste your money, there are definitely better options available for the same cost.

a week agoThe room had everything we needed and it was comfortable and clean. Very handy to lots of cafes and restaurants, but off the main road, so pretty quiet.

3 months agoNote: THERE IS NO LIFT so if you are disabled you have to book on the 1st floor. There wasn't anything on the booking website (at least that was obvious) that indicates there is no lift. My friend nearly had an issue but fortunately the staff arranged for her on the 1st floor. Building is pretty run down and dated. More of a 2 star hotel than a 3. Creepy flickering light outside like a horror movie. Lots of things in the room were falling apart or worn out, the floor was dirty, and there was hair in the shower hanging on the all in one soap they provide. No facewashers/washcloths. The icebox in the mini fridge doesn't work well and the display on the air unit was broken. Don't bother with the breakfast, it's bread and cornflakes for 10 dollars. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the location is awesome. You won't find a cheaper place for sure.

a month agoGood location just off the main road so there is no traffic noise. Super friendly staff. Rooms are the same as every other Ibis Budget. Average size room for 2 people max, mini fridge, kettle, air conditioner, free wifi, free car parking, small shower and toilet. Communal microwave and laundry. Many fast food outlets 1-2 minutes walk away. Supermarket 3-4 minutes drive away
