a month agoOur room was very run down, torn carpet near bed & lounge area. Wasn’t that clean, looked liked tomato sauce on the back of the bathroom door & gecko poo?? On the bedroom wall. No hand towel & only one soap, luckily we brought our own for the shower. One Lamp on side of bed had no power to plug it in. Pool cold but looks nice. Great location

3 weeks agoCharge luxury resort prices without the facilities. Restaurant was closed for breakfast, no room service. Restaurant was opened for lunch and dinner however couldn't accommodate the guests staying there. No in room service available outside of menu log which had to be facilitated by reception,.an unnecessary step. Room are a good size with appropriate amenities. Pool and gym facilities were good. Need to jump in the car to get to any of the near by bays.

a week agoVery expensive for dated rooms in need for repairs. Rooms allow smoking and you can smell it. Could even smell the smoking from the Neighbours all day. Pool isn't heated so it is quite cold. The room had the smallest TV in history and definitely wouldn't suite a family.

a week agoamazing hotel yet the reception staff are appalling. more so, the young females that appear to be in there 20s. very unfriendly and cold and false-like attitude. the cold unfriendly rude type attitude was a major turn of. happened to us 3 times over 2 days. also amazing pool but no pool staff and zero food service all shut down. be warned.

2 months agoFeels like a scam. Paid extra to upgrade to the room that has direct access to the pool for a birthday weekend away however the pool was out of service for months apparently. Very disappointed, the whole reason for booking the hotel was for the room pool access, could of paid half the price for a normal room with no pool access. Also professionally speaking they should have called me and notified me about the out service pool access room and could have changed dates to when the pool and spas were available, which would have been the following week. There was only a very small one lane lap pool available for the whole complex to use, that was filled up with kids. No friendly service they were quick and rude. Also plates cracked, wardrobe broken and light not working.
