2 weeks agoRooms we stayed in were nice and luxurious, nice big beds and beautiful bathrooms. Hotel staff was friendly and the adjacent cafe where we went for breakfast had great food. However, perhaps a weird complaint to make... but I've never been more disappointed with toilet paper before. Got a luxurious room for a luxurious price with all the bells and whistles, to find out bathroom's were stocked with half-ply toilet paper. It was see-through. See-through toilet paper in one of their more expensive rooms. Disappointing. Pool was nice, but the wall with fountains looked like it needed some updating and refreshing & water was NOT heated. Shame, as the outdoor temperature was lovely, but the water being too cold to enjoy. Breakfast was lovely in the nice cafe belonging to the hotel. Had booked with breakfast included, but non the less they tried to make us pay for the breakfast, until we spoke up and questioned it. No big deal, but if we'd missed it, we'd have paid double.

a month ago0 star rating. Do not stay here. The rooms have no facilities AT ALL. Not even a microwave to heat a frozen meal. Cups, bowls and plates… for nothing. Simply has a bar fridge and kettle. How are guests supposed to eat/cook food? No washing machines or dryers etc. Photos have clearly been used from other hotels, it is nothing like the pictures. Completely false advertisement. Worst experience of my life.

2 months agoIf I could give this hotel a 0 I would. Arrived to our hotel after paying for a 2 bedroom with a washing machine and balcony as we were staying for a week, but was given a one bedroom studio as they had over booked. The hotel was unable to give us a bigger room as they were booked out. After the first day our air con stopped working. The hotel is also very run down and dirty, mold all through the bathroom, sheets on the bed were dirty, no cover on the doona and no help from anyone. Very disappointed, do not stay there.

6 months agoOverall, pretty alright hotel, location is fantastic and is within walking distance of everything you could possibly want. Hotel was a little run down though, lamp in my room was broken and the other one didnt work for some reason? Also on top of that, lukewarm showers. Like, the bare minimum you expect is to be able to take a nice hot shower. Likely wont be back.
