6 months agoWe booked this place for one night 4 months ago as we have an appointment at specialist here in Mackay. I was excited to stay here, the photos online look amazing! Well, broken shower, calcification in the shower area, black mould in bathroom area, vent covers in bathroom falling off, carpet is dirty, outdoor furniture falling apart, fan in one room does not work. Definetly not worth the price we paid. Very disappointed. Place lacks maintenance. Absolutely no security at all here.

a year agoNice layout of apartment but that’s where to good ends. Carpets extremely dirty and outdoor furniture on patio very weathered. Blinds only on one window in the bedrooms?!?!? I need darkness to sleep especially when travelling and it seemed very poor that both bedrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment had windows without ANY blinds or curtains. Lots of road noise. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again and I always pick the Oaks to stay in all over Australia.
