Oaks Hotel

The service is atrocious. The old lady was no help at all and spoke poorly to me. She would repeat herself when a situation arose and was completely useless when assisting me and neglected to make me feel like a welcomed guest. She accused me of credit fraud when I provided endless amounts of ID to prove my identity. The other staff also stood by and backed her threats up and made sure I knew every other guest was much more welcome than I. If you want a place where you pay large amounts of money to be told to ‘cancel the reservation’ after already paying and being there to stay, I would recommend here. Otherwise, find yourself a new hotel, this one’s staff and rudeness aren’t worth your time.

Great place if needed a rest

Is the hotel at a location of 480 Collins street, Melbourne, Australia....main street of City, 40 min away from Melbourne airport by Cab....many Indian restaurant and Companies located near to this location....It is a free tramp zone...10 min away from Finder station....you can go by walk or by Free Tramp towards Station... You can take tramp to go to Yara river or DFO shopping center....Casinos is also near from this Hotel... Hotel will do booking for 12 apostles, on The great ocean road...a beautiful place

Clean and nice appartements, there could just be a little bit more equipment in the kitchen. Definitly bring you own oil, salt and pepper.

If this a classified as a 4 star hotel, then a crack den would be classed as a 5 star
