a month agoThe room was basic, but clean and decently appointed. Staff were friendly and immediately addressed the minor issue I had with their streaming service. Overall I'll be coming back, the location was perfect and the restaurant on to of the hotel was awesome.

2 months agoTop spot right in the heart of Cairns city. Internal rooms are a bit small and claustrophobic if you have a double bed in there, however there is a skylight the let in natural light during the day. Rooftop bar and restaurant did awesome food with an amazing view of the water. Overall an awesome place to stay.

2 weeks ago5* to the rooftop bar staff. Great view and ambience for a romantic sunset dinner. We were really looked after by the manager on the night. A special thanks to him and he’s sincere warm hospitality.

3 months agoI liked our room, was clean but very small, I feel like they should advertise the rooms better as we didn’t know there would be no window and no room to walk around with our 2 suitcases. We had an inconvenience in our room and went to front desk and they said they would upgrade us to a better room however we just got given the exact same room. FYI there is no pool, and the dinner/lunch menu is very limited at the restaurant but breakfast was great. Shout out to Paul for being so lovely.

a month agoA friend recommended me to come here! So I came for a friend's birthday and this rooftop is really nice! I had a cocktail and it was delicious! I had to have another one! The prices were ok, same as everywhere else in town, but here you get a niiice view!
