a month agoLong term resident here. One of the lift is forever out of order. You will spend a lot of time waiting (ranges from 5 to 20 mins) for the lifts and be ready it will stop every single floor as there are only two lifts working towards the higher levels of the building. Makes me wonder where do they spend the body corp fees

3 months agoThe good: Overall comfortable rooms and everything you need for self contained accomodation. Location is great with lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Also great views from riverside rooms high up. The not so good: The iron has black debris coming out of it and brown water. Was in poor condition and clearly has been neglected by cleaning staff to even bother to check condition of it. Scum and mould at the shower entrance evident. I do not recommend if the intent for your stay is undisturbed rest. The walls are paper thin and the cleaners are very loud when cleaning the rooms. During my stay there were multiple times I would hear banging and clanging in the morning from staff cleaning the room next to me. Regardless of the time of day residents and staff need to be respectful of how easily noises can be heard from rooms next door.

4 months agoThe location is very convenient. But the room is very noisy. The multiple compressors (Air Con) from the adjacent building generates noise (24/7) even with the windows and doors shut. Below the adjacent building is also a huge garbage point, so early in the morning garbage trucks will be make loud banging noises. Randomly, (at night) you will get a shock from some loud vehicles like motorcycles and cars that rev their engines. I’m writing this honestly because I believe reviews should be truthful and objective. it’s important information for people who needs rest apart from convenience.

4 months agoDated rooms, stained couches, hairs on linen, Foxtel (cable) TV not working. Iron leaking & black debris left on my shirt. I was only here for a 1 night stay thankfully but it's obvious this place is well past it's prime. Not to mention a room / balcony facing the new metro construction with noise all night keeping me awake! Whilst this is not the hotels fault they should have disclosed this at check-in or offered a quieter room. Overall won't be back or any of my 50+ colleagues. Check in lady also had no idea re. payment for the room & couldn't find any of my company details which are automated in all bookings.
