A fantastic stay! Really nice rooms, very clean and excellent staff. I was so pleased with how helpful the staff were, as they were able to extend my booking and notified me of cancellations so that I could stay in the same room for longer. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Nice clean spacious rm. Safe n secure service(don't lose the room key any time anywhere). Reasonable price for on-site parking. Unquestionable central location. One little twist: by yr luck got a room face to Hinley St side then you will hear every single dancing tracks the DJs played in the night spots(clubs) til 5am...🤭🤭

This hotel is _fine_. I cannot stress this enough: it's not good, and it's not bad, it's just fine. You might be looking at the photos and saying to yourself, how nice! Looks modern, near the convention center, it's an easy choice. And if convenience wins, then sure. This hotel will serve you. The photos are a bit cherry picked though. But the problems, or possibly annoyances, are numerous. - there was a perpetual fart smell from the bathroom drains - but once you were in the room for 15 minutes it stockholm syndromed its way into your brain and you forgot - the keycards regularly needed numerous attempts to work, and needed regular rekeying throughout our stay - the lifts are ancient! And after a long day, you just want this *to work* - hindley st is not that well insulated, so on Fri/Sat the rooms are noisy (probably forgivable for the location) - our room had a broken sliding door - which was fixed the next day! - but with an infant it was a bit concerning - the wifi runs at 100kbit max, useless for modern use - but if we connected to the hidden undocumented Ethernet (which no one except prepared nerds would do), it was 60mb+ - there was not enough dish soap or washing detergent - we could ask for more! - but for a week stay, prepare the room - the place is also just run down. Door jams didn't align (noisy to open and close), locks didn't work. Beds were hard but maybe that's your thing - we had to park next door because there wasn't enough parking for the first night, and the code didn't work so I had to constantly call the intercom and talk to the unmotivated parking attendants. We didn't give them much notice, but check you can actually park onsite when you book. - the lift to parking is only one of three, so to get to it you mostly needed to go to G and then back up. Clearly fine but slightly annoying. - the garbage chute was frustrating to use and tiny. More generally the staff seemed not at all proactive. For example, on checking in, we had a pile of stuff - our family was struggling to carry everything. After several loads, and bags that broke, the staff finally pointed out that there was a huge trolley right there. Maybe open with that. Again, all of this is fine but annoying. And Adelaide just isn't that big- another 5 or 10 minutes walk wouldn't hurt (if you're going for a convention) - that would be my suggestion. Why did we stay here at all? Well... - it was two bedroom (and most traditional hotels don't have this). - it had a washer/dryer - this _was_ handy, and honestly while I would never own an integrated unit at home, at a hotel it was super convenient - I could set it and forget it. Of course, there's no instructions and the buttons are intractable! We had to watch several YouTube videos to determine how to activate its features. It also had a cafe. But you can throw a stone and find 5 more, maybe don't see this as a bonus. So, again, this hotel was cromulent.
