a week agoHonestly, I didn't expect I was going to enjoy my stay this much, but I sincerely wished I had more time to spend there. The room was immaculate and sparkling clean, the balcony hosted a stunning view of the harbour, and the amenities were fantastic too. The only real issue I had during my stay was the shower, at 2pm the water wasn't a constant temperature (switching from hot to cold back to hot) but the bath more than made up for that experience. I kind of wish the TV had an option to pair with a device to stream different services that weren't available in the room. Otherwise, the staff were lovely, the location is perfect, and I will certainly be back in the future! Thank you so much for an amazing weekend :)

a week agoFirst time we stayed at Pullman Quay Grand, we were welcomed by friendly staff. They look like they care about clients and like their work, and very attentive. The room was spacious, refurbished and also clean. It felt cozy, and beds were comfortable. We went to Crown few times previously and it was such disappointing experiences one after the other. Now I finally feel like I found a place that makes my family welcomed and enjoy staying with a reliable services.

a month agoWe came from Canada and I want fabulous views of the opera house and Pullman delivered. The Harbour bridge from breakfast was amazing. Check in was easy. They let us in as soon as we could. Restaurants were very expensive, but that is all of Sydney so to be expected. Food was great. I loved that we had included as a part of our package. It made feeding the kids easy. We had a two bedroom suite and they were super excited. The balconies are small, but my partner and I got to sit out and watch the sun set over the opera house, which is what I wanted. Kids loved the pool. Transportation is right beside there was a festival when we arrived. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Pullman and in Sydney. It was the highlight of our 2 1/2 week trip. Outdoor photos posted are our view and indoor is the breakfast restaurant.

3 months agoMy weekend getaway to explore Sydney was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location was excellent, offering easy access to all the attractions. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from my room was truly breathtaking, providing a stunning panorama of the city. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay.

3 months agoGreat hotel and rooms views are excellent. However was confused why there was a cot set up in one of rooms? Access to all the VIVID attractions was unreal and worth staying in the city at the Pullman for this, even watching from the room until it finishes at 11pm. Rooms were clean and well maintained, but starting to show their age, not old. Excellent access to a fantastic selection of restaurants.
