a month agoMy visit was to celebrate my daughters wedding. The ceremony was in the Hacienda Lounge with a stunning backdrop and wonderful ambience. Dinner was in Q dining. The food was delicious and staff wonderful. The rooms were wonderful and much bigger than I anticipated. The views from the balcony were spectacular and I could have just sat watching the harbour all day. We will be back.

a month agoOn check in, the customer service was fantastic. Our room was lovely looking over the harbour, and had everything we needed. Drinks in the bar and some light snacks were lovely and customer service was again very good. Compared to the standard of the rest of the hotel however, and for the premium price you are paying, the gym and around the pool area are a bit run down. There were broken tiles and a massive opening into the ceiling and an air vent near the pool which looked like it shouldn't be like that. Customer service on check out was really poor which let down our visit.

2 weeks agoGreat location - close to everything. Rooms are clean and large enough compared to a normal hotel room. Views were spectacular- honestly so good! But the staff and service could not be faulted - just honestly so helpful and pleasant at all times.

in the last weekStayed here my last three nights of my brief vacation, with a harbor view. It was beautiful, has food and shopping nearby, and beside a variety of public transit. The staff is friendly and the rooms are large and comfortable.

a month agoThe room was very good, the food was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us as we caught a cruise ship from the harbour. We were able to walk to the cruise ship terminal. We will be back for our next cruise. The location was also perfect for access to the ferry terminals and public transport.
