in the last weekGreeted with welcoming positivity. My room was lovely (upgraded so felt very special). TV took a while to work out - perhaps some guidance on this would help? Lovely staff in the restaurant for Breakfast, nice food too. Loved the freshly made omelettes. Good location, and the staff helped me to find a safety pin when I needed one. I will definitely stay at this hotel again soon.

a month agoBeautiful hotel with great amenities. Super comfy beds! Bath was bliss and probably the best room service Ive ever had while travelling. Gym was small, but exceptionally clean and I also used the heated indoor pool and sauna. A great facility! Breakfast amazing and always greeted warmly by every staff member no matter where you were in the hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff for a memorable stay.

Best hotel robe by far. Would like to definitely note the assistance of the gentleman from the Champagne Bar on Friday (17/11) for his recommendations and assistance.

a month agoYour front staff were friendly, helpful and quick. The restaurant staff were delightful and brightened my mornings. The room itself was luxurious and I loved every minute spent in it. I loved the art in my room and in the lobby also. I had a cocktail in the lobby bar (Martini Francois) which was delicious. My checkout was fast and simple. We found restaurants within easy walking distance. I very much enjoyed my stay and hope my work allows me to return again soon.

a month agoThis is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and spacious. The hotel has an indoor pool, with change rooms, and a sauna. There is also a gym. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The restaurant was great and we had the buffet breakfast there every morning. The kitchen staff even remembered how my partner wanted the eggs cooked for her breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a 10-min walk to Chinatown and Adelaide Central Market. We stayed during the weekend, so it was quite noisy (music coming from surrounding pubs and night clubs etc) during the nights, but it was probably expected given it is in the city. Great views of the city from the hotel rooms. Checking in and checking out was super easy.
