We had a fantastic room that met all our needs. The food is delicious. The location is great - not in a busy business area, but within walking distance to a few cafes & a great small IGA supermarket. The best part was the Staff. From the beginning to the end of our stay every Staff Member was obliging, genuinely lovely & went out of their way to make us comfortable. The Staff feel like a real Team - they are smiling to each other & talking & couldn’t be more helpful. The entire ‘feel’ is of harmony & a calm atmosphere. I want to especially thank: Bianca (Assistant Manager) Alice Czarina You made the difference for us in helping to sort everything out. My spouse & I travel to Sydney from Port Macquarie regularly for medical appointments. We needed an easily accessible room with walk-in shower, kitchenette, desk, separate bedroom & fresh air via balcony or window. We had room 842 which was perfect for us.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Olympic park. Convenient and wonderful stay. We had a twin room and then a suite. Twin room is adequate for our needs. We sleep happily with the kids. That doesn't work for some families. The suite has a king bedroom with a double sofa bed. Separated by a door. There is a jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower which is nice

Yes your limitless! The brassiere was empty of staff when we rocked up? The Cabaret by way of the mincing matre d preening and swishing net curtains was riveting, the salad dressing was the most delicate if ever tasted!!! The steak although cooked well was wArm to cold And we were placed in the dark section and could not read the menu, even by weak candle light.

Staff we're lovely upon arrival and throughout our stay. Great location. Only issue, Room wasn't the cleanest. Very dusty from top to bottom which did not go down well with my asthmatic son. Fridge did not work which was very annoying. Sheets had what looked like blood stains towards the end of the bed.

From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble for anyone at this hotel. They really wanted to help and were always trying to pre-empt rather than you having to ask. Room was very clean, on a high floor as requested. Service great. Compared with other stays at Novotel in other states, this hotel should train everyone else on customer service. Thanks for a great weekend away.
