a week agoThis hotel is well situated in Melbourne and is in east walking distance of many places of interest Whilst the room was compact it was very functional and comfortable. The bed had a firm mattress and the shower was very good too I enjoyed the buffet breakfast there during my stay. There is a good choice of items to choose from the buffet All the staff that I came in contact with were helpful and the clerk that checked me in recognised me when I checked out and was very efficient on both occasions

3 weeks agoRoom is very clean and comfortable, have a lovely painting. Great staff with great service. However, the room is quite small, there are no chair and table to use. And the bathroom only has one fixed showerhead. Breakfast is good, have a little bit differences in every single day. Great location, walked to the tram station just in a few minutes. So many restaurants nearby the hotel.

a month agoFrom the time we arrived until the time we left the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Very clean and well-maintained rooms. The room was quite compact but as we were only staying a couple of nights and were going to be out for most of the time it was perfect. Will defiantly stay here again.

in the last weekRoom was so small, had to walk sideways to get around bed, fridge didn’t cool anything and milk in fridge was warm. Disgusting how you had towels hanging over you while sitting on toilet, not to mention having to stand sideways to use mirror to shave or put makeup on. Breakfast was value for money although when ordered Barista coffee, by the time it came to me we had finished our breakfast and was Luke warm which worked out because I had to skull it.

a month agoGreat location. Lovely staff. Quality service, including the valet parking 👌 The beds and pillows are absolutely amazingly comfortable.. The only downfall in our stays in this hotel is that the toilet door is glass and not floor to ceiling and is directly in open?? I'm not even sure haha Ira a very odd setup .. had to hang towel over toilet door for privacy. Otherwise, I absolutely love staying here and am returning in a couple of weeks again for the 3rd stay... Update.. . I have since stayed here alone in a different room, and the bathroom door is different ALSO... I need to give a shout out to concierge worker named JAMES... This guy is an absolute legend and I swear I'd book my stay here just to see this guy every time. He is such a happy bubbly guy! Good on ya James, you are a legend, mate!!
