3 months agoWhen I travel, I always look for a spacious room, a large bathroom (with great shower pressure), and a comfortable bed. The Mantra Twin Towns ticked all these boxes, and on top, they gave me a room with a balcony and an ocean view. The ladies in the restaurant were super friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. Will definitely be back!

2 weeks agoNice overall. Room was a little underwhelming and in need for an update. 2x nights $900. Wasn't the most cleanliness of bathrooms and a few old sticky marks on walls and old TV's and decor. Overall good experience though.

4 months agoQuick and easy checkin, agent very across the ALL program and kind enough to sign up my colleague. Lovely welcome amenity (ALL platinum), no drink cards/breakfast. Rooms immaculately clean. Washing machine, iron, dish washer and full cooking facilities. Decent size living room and bedroom. Great pool and spa. Would stay here again as a good alternate to airport hotels.

3 months agoCould improve the cleanliness of the room. Found a mouldy leftover takeaway in the fridge from previous guest which was failed to be thrown out by the cleaners. Had the arrangement of late check out at the time of booking and was confirmed on the day of checking in but on the check out day, the message wasn't passed onto the cleaners and also to one of the guest services as they knocked on the door telling me that I need to checkout by 10. When I checked out earlier than 12, I heard the cleaner said to the other cleaner that she finally checked out and laughed. I think it was a bit rude. So, communication needs some improvement as well. The room size was great and the view was good. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selections.

2 months agoI checked out this morning after a horrid stay. A heads up there were renovations on the floor above us would have been greatly appreciated and maybe discounts in the room rates would of been nice considering the noise that was insane from jackhammers. The process using the elevators is a joke. It took us almost 25 mins to go from our room, to the carpark and back up to our room again. And this happened twice. When checking out we were locked out of our room at 9am. When checkout is 10am. Daylight savings hasnt started yet so why. We were not happy at all. Will not be staying at this place again.
