Fantastic location, the building itself does not have reception it's a shared reception. The room was great but no bottles of water were there and no room service for food which made it hard with a baby. I had to go to get food with the baby at twin towns. Pools were nice and games room and gym. View was really nice

Rooms are old and outdated but still alright. Long walk from the reception and main foyer. Most staffs are generally nice but there was lady working on the Monday night with a black curly hair was super rude and unhelpful. The hairdryer in room was burning and I have went to the reception to ask for another one. The lady with a black curly hair immediately say BIG NO as soon as I ask for another hairdryer. She keeps going on with “NOT THIS TIME, YOU HAVE TO COME BACK TOMORROW”. I have further questions her do you mean I have to sleep with my hair wet, she then gone crazy and say I’m verbally abused her. She proceeded to hide inside the staff back room, the manager on duty then step on to the situation and managed to find me another hairdryer. I have recognised the manager on duty as the staff member that checked me in and she was amazing. I felt extremely sorry for her that she needs to work with such a dramatic colleague who throw her off with every single problems.

We were more than happy with the accommodation in this one bedroom apartment over the harbour. It is clean, and the lounge room is up to date. For a 3-star hotel, it is above the rating. The reception staff are friendly and pleasant, but they do need more hands on deck during peak check-in times.

Satisfactory. Very old hotel for price. Not the cleanest. Staff not that helpful. More staff needed at check-in. Shower recess was not waterproof as water flowed out onto floor. Blackout curtains need mending, as many holes allow light to penetrate. Front door does not close without a pull on the handle. (Room 834) Room was spacious with separate bedroom with kitchen. Note, hotel is situated in NSW, it operates on QLD time. During Daylight saving months.

The room was quite old and a little bit dirty/smelly. No blanket provided on the bed. Elevators were extremely slow and it was quite a walk to get out of the building. However, good location.
