It was expensive but worth every penny Right in the central of everything. Great location.Close to beach and restaurants Rooms are very equipped, and our stay was made real easy from check in and out. Such a beautiful resort with a fantastic outdoor pool for families. We loved it and will be back very soon again

My recent stay at the Tower of Chevron was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution fellow travelers. Right from the booking process, red flags were apparent. Despite intending to pay with my credit card, ( I paid $200 via credit card ) I was blindsided with the demand that the remaining balance could only be settled via bank transfer within next 24hours. This lack of transparency, combined with the rudeness and lack of customer skills exhibited by the individual handling my booking, Vickey, set the tone for a disappointing stay. Furthermore, the primary reason for selecting this accommodation was its advertised indoor pool and sauna room, particularly suitable for families with young children who might not enjoy outdoor pools. However, upon check-in, we were informed that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance throughout our entire stay. Despite our dissatisfaction and requests for compensation or alternatives, our concerns were met with indifference from the management. Adding to the disappointment was the absence of bathroom facilities near the outdoor pool area. After using the outdoor pool, guests are left with no option but to return to their rooms without showering, with only a small, dirty toilet available at the pool area. Despite the hotel's advantageous location, its infrastructure, and surroundings, including the Tower of Chevron, it's apparent why it struggles to maintain a favorable rating. The focus on profit over customer satisfaction, evidenced by exorbitant fees and a disregard for guest comfort, tarnishes what could have been an enjoyable stay. In conclusion, I urge the management of the Tower of Chevron to take immediate action to rectify these issues and prioritize customer welfare. Prospective guests should approach with caution, as my experience serves as a cautionary tale of disappointment and frustration.

We splurged on a 10-night stay for the family over Christmas. Having stayed previously at Mantra hotels, it seemed a safe bet. Initial impressions were positive. The staff were friendly and helpful at every contact, the parking secure (although not without challenges), the room a decent size and reasonably well equipped with cutlery/crockery and other necessities. The resort itself has excellent facilities (epic pool, decent gym, barbecues and outdoor areas) and is convenient for shopping, beaches, Cavill etc. and the tram. Unfortunately it is also dirty. We aren't smokers. Having people smoking around the pool and gardens and on their balconies (as allowed), was not what we signed up for.... this would drift into our room from adjacent areas, meaning we often couldn't enjoy the ocean breezes.... even from early morning. We encountered several cockroaches in our accommodation, large in size. The toilet didn't flush fully, leading to returned waste products. All these things were not ideal and would likely mean we will not return.

Absolutely love staying at the Towers. It’s our second time staying here and we have had a great time. We stay here for the location as well as the price. It’s affordable and the room has a kitchenette so I can make brekky in the room each day and snacks as needed. It was a bit disappointing this time around that the indoor pool was closed and we were not informed about it. But we enjoyed our evening soak in the spa each night. We will no doubt be back.

Our experience was ok but we wouldn't stay here again. Check in with a young man was underwhelming, he quickly info dumped on us about using the carpark without any explanation of how to get to our room (in another tower). I'd recommend a map to management for guests who haven't been before. Issues: no room cleaning unless you stay for 8 days?! Dishwasher was poor quality and didn't clean properly, have to pay for WiFi, bad reception for foxtel/TV. Sign on air-conditioning that it can't go below 22° otherwise will malfunction? Just get it fixed if that's the case. Appreciated the size of the apartment, washer and dryer, room was quite clean. Supermarket, chemist etc just below was very handy. Free parking also appreciated.
