a month agoThe Garden View rooms are inaccurately named. "Carpark View" or "Bin View" would be more appropriate. Housekeeping is hit and miss - our dishwasher had not been emptied from the previous guests, and there was a welcome card on our towels with the names of some different guests. Very average experience compared to other Accor hotels. Staff were friendly though, and the pool is nice.

3 months agoA very affordabl3 and fantastic location ! We had just your basic room with ocean view and it was just lovely to wake up everyday and be so close to the beach. The room service was amazing, location is just great and the room itself is lovely. Fantastic place to stay!

2 months agoLove the ocean view. Apartments are clean, showers good, bed firm, but comfortable. Bit weird how you get into your apartment as go through a door with a key card & then another door for your apartment with a laundry shared with another apartment in between. TV is only free to air, but believe smart TV's soon to be installed. Spa, pool & sauna are great. No restaurant, unlucky for Accor plus members.

3 months agoVery nice location, view of the beach is fantastic. Short walk to the CBD, sunrise can be seen and the beach is 200 metres across the street. Pleasant staff, friendly attitude. East wing corridors look a bit outdated and worn out. Internal room placement and access is weird. Rooms are comfy but in dire need of repainting and modernisation. Dust should be cleaned even if found in inconvenient places.

4 months agoGood overnight stop for us on a dreary, drizzly drive from Brisbane to Sydney. Nice size one bedroom apartment. Very anodyne and a bit dated. Nice to have a warm pool for a morning dip. Location seems to be more about overlooking a beach - so not as close to shops and cafes as I'd have liked. Decent parking helps.
