2 months agoLate night reception and wheelchair friendly. Really quiet, restful room. Simple decor and very clean rooms. A bar downstairs and all the caring touches of a chocolate on the nightstand. We had a little balcony and able to open up the room. My focused selling point was the great water pressure and easy access to the community

2 months agoCompact rooms but they have everything you need and are quite comfortable. Good location too, with a nice Indian place around the corner and central station in easy walking distance. Just note, after hours check in is via the ground floor cafe (which can be slightly confusing if it's your first time visiting).

3 months agoRooms are very small compared to other hotels in Brisbane. In general, surfaces were clean, but the carpet was pretty grubby. There is no real food service on the premises, but there are plenty of options within walking distance. It's fine if you just want a bed for the night, but not really if you intend to spend any time in the room.

a month agowouldn’t recommend to anyone. worst experience. i explained i had a family emergency (death) and i needed to cancel. they said no cancellation fee or charge to my card would occur. the manger understood and said nothing will be charged. i look the next day and money has been taken out of my bank account. i was told by them it would be illegal for them to take money and they didn’t have my cvv either. absolutely appalling, disgraceful. i tried calling the hotel multiple times not only that, leaving voicemails but heard nothing. terrible experience, won’t ever stay here or book at this hotel again.

a week agoNice room, friendly staff would stay again. Thanks a lot to the lovely Staff member Camm who cleaned my room up late at night around 9:00pm and was very friendly about it. Thanks Camm :) regards lachlan
