a week agoGreat customer service, super easy stay. Price was reasonable and the pool is great if you have kids - the slide was a highlight. Residents are friendly and the location is nice and central. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant there and the room is only cleaned every 4 days. Despite these things, really enjoyed our stay here.

in the last weekThis was a great stay. Very close to the beach, and was able to go for walks early in the mornings. The hotel is walkable to the main centre of Surfer's Paradise. The suite was clean, Well-maintained, and spacious (!!!). And the guy at the front desk in the evenings was so friendly. To the staff and owners of Mantra Sun, Thank you for a memorable experience.

a week agoLocation is great, and we had a lovely view from our balcony. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment (6 people) and were only provided 1 towel in a Queen bed room so people were having to share a towel. When I approached reception and asked for an extra towel so people didn’t have to share, her response was that we didn’t have have house keeping services and to put the towel in the dryer between uses so it dries. Very dissapointed they wouldn’t allow enough towels for all guests. Would recommend staying elsewhere if you’re wanting a nice hotel-like experience, or bring your own towels when you stay The blankets on the beds are also very obviously unwashed between guests, but the sheets were clean.

a week agoGreat customer service. Great prices. Amazing pool and slide. Breakfast was affordable but bacon was dry and leathery. All the same, Can't stress enough, great place.

a month agoStayed there for 3 nights with family and friends. Walking distance to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Stayed in the 29th floor and the view was really beautiful. Excellent view from the balcony, living room and from bedrooms. View of the sea and river was stunning. Need bit of TLC to the flooring. Really enjoyed the stay.
