2 months agoStopped here on our way back to Sydney from further north. Needed something relatively cheap but also comfortable as the wife was 7 months pregnant. Had a late check in and the staff were in regular contact to understand our requirements. This was great. Room was cozy and comfortable and wife was happy with the bed. Overall enjoyed our stay

2 months agoIncredible, friendly and helpful staff who were so accommodating (as I had flown to be with my son in ICU at the time). Short walk from the hospital, premises were stunning, clean and inviting. staff were all beautifully presented and it was lovely to return at the end of the night to a very comfortable sleep. Rooms only get a 4 star rating because walls were very thin (I could hear conversation in the next room) and door didn't block out any hallway noise.

3 months agoRooms are very clean and nice. We stayed only 4 nights, and we did not have room cleaning but the staff at the reception desk were friendly. There is a nice terrace on the roof where they have a bar and you can eat very good pizza and listen good music.

2 months agoGreat atmosphere! The staff for the kids area were lovely. The reception staff and waiters were very friendly. Downfall, being gluten free and knowing what to eat, as not all were labelled, not as many options. Food was lovely.

3 months agoThe hotel is an extension of the Club. Plenty of open parking front and back. Reception staff were wonderful; professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are a typical hotel room layout with QR code on TV for in room dining. The club has food and beverage offerings to dine. Small improvements suggested.... 1. Toilet lids need to be slow closing, avoiding the loud banging noise of the lid hitting the bowl. 2. There is not enough full length hanging space for dresses; coats etc., as the open wardrobe has been shortened to accommodate a little shelf. A couple of hooks and shelf placed near full length mirror would assist. At $300.00 per night for a basic room a coffee pod machine needs to be offered. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. Iron and board work. Air con worked well. Full length block out curtains with sheers over large window. Interconnecting rooms available. Location is approximately a 15 minute drive to the Mirage Marina, Seaworld Drive - a $35.00 cab fare.
