a week agoBeautiful 2 bedroom apartment. 2 swimming pools, sauna, spa, restaurant, key card. we have our own balcony and view of the Gold Coast as well as the beach ⛱️, and can walk to pacific fair shopping centre. tram right outside the front entrance. I went through @coupersrealesate.com.au who own this apartment and they use agoda to rent it out. Very good price 👌

4 weeks agoThe location is the winner for this hotel. A great view! It is very close to public transport, local Broadbeach restaurants, pacific fair is across the road and the beach is very close. There are some nice restaurants downstairs from the hotel. The hotel has many residents also and was hard to work out in the gym as there were so many people using it at peak times. The pools are fabulous - although the indoor pool was too cold. The hotel could be a lot better with some basic maintenance in the apartments. The apartment itself was a great size and has everything you need. Some of the things that really need to be addressed though are basic maintenance - new carpet is needed in the apartment we stayed in desperately (it was very dirty and old), beds were all extremely soft, no fitted sheets or blankets on any beds. They put flat sheets on the beds instead of fitted which was so odd. The blinds in the bedrooms are terrible and so dirty. They need to be replaced desperately as the amount of grime on them was awful. It gets light at 4:30-5am in GC in October. The blinds did not hide any light! The door to the balcony got stuck constantly. Don’t leave windows and doors opened as we had residents nearby that smoked and the smell was awful. Having a kitchen, bathtub and laundry were all big bonuses. I think with some much needed maintenance we would stay again.

3 weeks agoStayed here on my most recent trip to Queensland. I normally stay in Surfers, but from now I'll probably book Broadbeach. Great location, opposite the road to a large shopping complex, amazing restaurant and bar strip within 1km, and only a short uber from the main Surfers attractions. Would definitely stay again. The pools, spa, sauna and steam room where also great.

2 months agoWe had booked two 3 bedroom ocean view apartments for two nights. We did this through booking . Com but I always use booking. Com for my accommodation. When contacting the hotel through booking. Com to have the bedding arranged and have the rooms on our near same floor there was no response and sure enough we were 11 floors apart and the bedding was not configured. Annoying but not so bad. The rooms though were a real let down. They weren't clean, very rundown, no water pressure in shower, all the glasses had to be washed before we could use. For the price we paid I felt we did not get value for money ☹️

6 months agoGreat location. Walking distance to shops, beach, park, and tram stop right outside too. Lovely, helpful staff, our apartment was very spacious, bigger than we expected, we even had 2 parking spaces. Large balcony too, with outdoor seating, perfect to have dinner and watch the sun set. Spacious main bedroom with ensuite, the bath was by the window with a lovely view, and dual sinks. Felt like home. It was equipped with everything we needed, price was very reasonable for the size, and needs of our group. Indoor and outdoor pools, and decent gym for a hotel. It's definitely one of our favourite places to stay, especially when you have a large group.
