3 months agoVery disappointed with the Mantra. Very tired rooms that need a good clean and a makeover. While our room was large with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, carpets stained, headboard on bed marked. We put in a complaint about the toilet seat coming off and because it was a Saturday, maintenance staff don't work. Deal with it. Staff were friendly, alcohol over priced, but great location to everywhere. For what you pay disappointing. Dog friendly if you travel with your dog.

2 months agoJust an overnight visit. The room was well appointed and had decent blackout curtains. Staff were warm and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again but for a longer stay.

2 months agoWe had booked a spa apartment with balcony to find on arrival that there wasn't one available and that we were moved to a standard room. As it was our 42nd Anniversary, we were that disappointed that we had not been informed prior to coming, we left and went home. We had stayed at the Mantra five times previously but will now not return. Thanks for ruining our 42nd Anniversary Mantra
