Aimee was amazing. Nothing was too hard for her. The location is great as is the service! The only downfall for me is that breakfast started very late compared to other hotels. We had early starts so we missed out. The rooms are a little ‘older’ but very clean.

PET FRIENDLY We stayed overnight, the building itself is in need of renovation or maintenance. But the room was clean and tidy. Nothing faulty or missing. Walking distance to Woolies and a couple of different restaurants or bars!! Will definitely stay again. Would love to see Brekky included or discounted to guests..

A stopover motel only. Staffing levels low waited 10 minutes for checkin. Room was comfortable but decor tired. Stains in carpet, Fridge and rubbish bins with dents. Taps in shower where an issue, my wife couldn’t turn them on as they had been jammed off to stop dripping. Found that out after my shower, taps badly in need of washer replacement. Would i stay here again nope. Note this is not staffs fault but managements due to lack of maintenance.

Husband in hospital found the Mantra paid $179 for 1 night come back from being at hospital all day thinking I will order room service, not been told on booking in there was no food available, female on my own not wanting to eat in restaurant, well restaurant not open ..breakfast only, didnt want to drive around in the dark looking for food, couldn't order delivery...not spending enough $ so glass of wine & choc muffin for dinner. Pretty poor when paying so much for a bed & shower. Would not stay again. Thank you to the young man that bought the glass of wine to my room.

An average hotel. They maintain bare minimum requirements to be in business. Not enough staff in the dining, though they are very efficient. Rooms are gloomy. No good views from rooms. Overall average.
