Booked two Superior Queen Rooms. Nothing Superior about them and told no other rooms available when request made - carpark nearly empty though. Room 1 (106)- Awful stench on opening door. Shower unusable as something smelt like it was rotting in the shower drain - had to ask for air freshner. No milk provided in this room. Room 2 - (114) freezing - couldn't get the A/C to work on arrival - had to ring after hours and ask for help - new remote provided. Spa tub not working so was unusable, Found a used syringe laying in the garden outside our room, stepped over as we packed the car. Would never stay here again nor will i risk staying at any other Mantra Hotel. Just appalling - hotel is in decay with frayed carpets in the hall and loose fittings. So disappointed as we visited Wagga Wagga for a funeral and didn't need the stress.

Parking was good, the location is perfect, the staff are friendly, helpful and positive. Now while the room is perfectly set up th main things are these the carpet and lounge had stains everywhere and the toilet Waa leaking and TV's didn't work 100% and are in need of upgrading.

Aimee was amazing. Nothing was too hard for her. The location is great as is the service! The only downfall for me is that breakfast started very late compared to other hotels. We had early starts so we missed out. The rooms are a little ‘older’ but very clean.

A stopover motel only. Staffing levels low waited 10 minutes for checkin. Room was comfortable but decor tired. Stains in carpet, Fridge and rubbish bins with dents. Taps in shower where an issue, my wife couldn’t turn them on as they had been jammed off to stop dripping. Found that out after my shower, taps badly in need of washer replacement. Would i stay here again nope. Note this is not staffs fault but managements due to lack of maintenance.

An average hotel. They maintain bare minimum requirements to be in business. Not enough staff in the dining, though they are very efficient. Rooms are gloomy. No good views from rooms. Overall average.
