Rooms are so small that I had to walk sideways to get around it to go to the toilet. Bed was comfy but man they are way to big for that size room. It’s like the little man sin drone. Over complicating. For a $250 a night room they didn’t even have a bottle of water for you. Everything was so basic. Drove around for an hour looking for the place and the only way we did find it was getting out and walking around. Signs are hidden. Building is behind all the shops. The picture they have on the website look like it’s got a grassy area out front but we couldn’t see it until we got out and walked around. Bathroom smelt of mold and when you opened the shower door it was really bad smelling. Definitely would not recommend or go back. So overrated. No lift, have to walk up stairs.

Very beautiful, clean and convenient location!! The laundry area is very useful for me! Just one cons which is no lift, so you have to carry the luggage and climb the stairs.

Great spot and the best location in Port Douglas. We come back here every year. While the amenities are basic, and the rooms need a freshen up, they’re clean and the location is perfect. We happily would come back.

Room would have been great for 2, but the extra bed for our third person was flimsy and uncomfortable. Location is great for access to bars and restaurants and the Sunday market, but there is no escaping the live music from nearby venues if you're looking for a quiet night. Check in was quick and efficient, and we were even able to check-in early. However, there was no one at reception during our comings and goings the rest of the day, so not sure what would have happened had we arrived later.

Nice size rooms but quite grubby. Disappointed that the air-conditioning remote was flat and had to go to Coles to get batteries as the reception closed at 4.30pm. The dishwasher was broken. Lots of stairs and no lift so not for people with disabilities. Very noisy as right next to pubs
