a month agoVery pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I really expected the bare minimum as it’s in such a prime location for customers. The rooms were spacious, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom and amenities are modern and there is plenty of natural lighting. The staff were lovely during my stay as well. Highly recommend staying here if it’s convenient for you.

a week agoGreat hotel for WHT we needed. People make places, and the staff team here certainly made our stay a great one. Whether it was the reception area or the dining area, everyone was lovely.

a month agoStayed here longer than most for business. The staff where amazing and really looked after everything we needed during out entire stay. Had a technician issue in the room which was fixed the next day which was great. Rooms are new bit on small side but ok. Big bathroom and bed. No closet just hangers on the wall and no storage for othe clothing. All that is usable however the fridge is super small and almost useless. Never seen such a small fridge. Apart from that downstairs resturant is great and reasonably priced and the hotel is 10min walk to virgin / jetstar domestic check in. However the footpath needs some work if you are pulling a heap of bags be in for a workout

a month agoIt’s a hotel, right next to the airport. Not much more to say really. Nice staff, clean room, quick stopover, quiet after the planes stopped. Perfect location for airport transfers.

3 months agoPerfect location for a Sydney stay! Staff are super friendly, Emily at the front desk made our stay at the hotel super stressless. Food and drinks were top notch. Will be staying here again!
