2 weeks agoRoom was great, however it backed onto the service lift and getting woken up at 4am in the morning with all the noises left our stay not so pleasant, they serviced our room only to tuck in the bed sheets roughly and to leave the extra blanket un folded on the bed and a tissue on the other bed. Room service menu was only snacks ( chips, chocolates) no evening meals available.. Only one concierge offered to relocate us when I complained about the noises and that was the evening before we were leaving. Pretty disappointing all round.

4 months agoNice little apartment hotel tucked away on Little Bourke Street with some rooms overlooking the beautiful Supreme Court building. We had two rooms; both quite large and spacious. I think they may have been designed for a small table in the kitchen, which neither had, so they had lots of open space. One of the rooms had a modern smart TV and a smaller ‘not-smart’ TV at the end of the bed. Unfortunately the other room had two small non-smart TV’s which disappointed our family members using that room who wanted to stream movies via their phones. The bathrooms were large with a bath and separate shower. The street is very quiet here; but using Google Maps you’ll find there’s some nice restaurants and takeaways within a block or two in each direction. You just need to do some research to find them. It’s also a much more affordable option than some other hotels close by.

2 months agoExcellent large apartment rooms. Well equipped kitchen areas. I had to clean fridge before use, an empty beer can was left in a bathroom cupboard and a kitchen chair was broken. Minimal room service provided.

4 months agoThe service checking in was really good and the staff were friendly. 7am open for breakfast made things harder for an early start and catching morning transport. The king-size bed had 2 single pushed together, which was annoying and a dirty towel in the bathroom with a stain on it that I took too reception. Although overall, I was impressed with the biscuits and cheese platter they had left in the room, and very warm welcoming note they had left on the table as a gold all accor member. Great location near Southern Cross. Will be staying here again.

3 months agoWe went there for lunch today. The food was exceptional. The sparkling wine was excellent too. The staff friendly and helpful. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing sitting there over a meal. I truly recommend trying this place, you won't regret it.
