a month agoThis was a hard hotel to rate. So much good about it but then a couple of really negative points such as the really hard car parking. The restaurant for night meals is no longer available. Customer service was great, room and bed etc were great. I’d still stay here if it were available but not the top of my list.

2 weeks agoMade the mistake of booking with Melbourne City Suites instead.. let's just say I knew right away who the building & rooms belonged to. To the girls at reception who got asked about it by a very worried me and were very professional about their answer. Thank you. I'll be sure to stay with Accor / Mantra Hotels next time. Please consider this rating long overdue from a few years ago when I actually did stay here.

3 months agoI loved my stay here. Large spacious room and very quiet at night. A great sleep with comfy beds. I like the friendly touch of apples for guests in the foyer.

4 months agoWow has this property gone backwards. Make sure when you check in to ask for Room Service or there is none. Don’t have anything that needs attention over the weekend, I was told we don’t fix things over the weekend. The Restaurant no longer opens at night, bar open only for 3 hours early evening. Rooms now are tired in need of a mayor update. Being a Mantra property is not that standard now, very disappointed to see now.

4 months agoGreat landing spot at Melbourne CBD. The apartment was spacious and clean. Amenities were provided, except toothbrush and toothpaste. Minus one star for the missing day of housekeeping.
