2 months agoI'm an area local, and we are staying this weekend because of an emergency at our home (fire) rendering it unlivable temporarily. I found the room to be clean, well equipped and pleasant. Urban skincare Co. Products kindly provided smelt so good (especially after the fire) that I am going to buy some for home. Bed was made beautifully, and so comfortable after a long day (up at 0430am with the fire alarm) Staff were professional, friendly, and kind enough to accommodate my husband and I at the last minute. Whilst we likely won't stay again as we live 200m walk away, I would recommend others to stay in this pleasant, quiet and clean hotel.

3 months agoFriendly service at reception on arrival, room was clean and smelt nice. Generous size room and bathroom. Parking ($15 p/day) was a little frustrating as it is located in adjacent building and luggage had to be lugged up two separate lifts and with no internal access to hotel. Otherwise happy with service.

2 months agoClean and convenient, we enjoyed our stay at Mantra. Close to the tram and easy check in + out. Amenities were of good quality however the only small issue I had were the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, lovely stay!

4 months agoVery very clean hotel , low price, high quality room, the room is big, the bed is comfortable ,the hot water is perfect and it is very quiet In the night. I like the smell of shampoo and body balm the room provided. ( I had my own one but I really like these fresh lemongrass orange and ginger smells)

3 months agoHotel charged our visa $100 as deposit when we checked in. They promised it would be refunded in 5 working days after we checked out. However there was neither a refund nor response to our emails for over 2 weeks. Finally we got our money back after notifying them that we would be filing a complaint. Hotel room and conditions were good so I gave a 4 stars review overall but 2 stars for customer service.
