2 months agoStaff were extremely helpful. Very friendly. We weren't able to check in early but they offered to hold our luggage so we could wander around town until room was ready. Breakfast was included in our deal and was beautiful, Nicole was extremely helpful and friendly at the bar. Room was clean, spacious and simple. Balcony was gorgeous especially at night. Not noisy even though near lifts. Walked everywhere we needed to go.

a month agoGreat value accommodation in a great location. Do not use the hotel provided parking if you have anything other than a small car. It's a challenge to get in and out of it. Lifts are temperamental and walls super thin. You'll hear your neighbours if they speak loudly. That said, I'd stay here again.

3 months agoWork trip. Stayed in a 2BR Park View suite, the accommodation was nice, bed was comfy, and overall provided the basics needed for a 4 night stay. Could have done with a hotter shower, also not all TV channels were working for some reason and if there were exhaust fans in the bathroom and kitchen they didn't work which while manageable just meant it was difficult to air the place out at times. Still, for the price, I'd stay there again as it ticked most boxes we'll.

a month agoThis is a wonderful Mantra hotel. Staff went extra mile to make me comfortable and assisted. Manager helped with day tour booking. Good restaurant and bar and very well run. Pleasure to stay here. Will return next visit.

in the last weekMantra Hindmarsh Square Adelaide ✅ Gold Status acknowledged ✅️ Drink Vouchers provided ✅️ Accor Plus Dining accepted ✅️ Welcome Amenity ️❌️ Upgrade (not available due to room type, but no offer to move to a nicer view) ❌️ Maintainence of room - awful Booked a 2 Bedroom Suite (Queen - Twin) for 4 ppl. The room itself is 60m², which is a decent size for a cross generational family to stay in. The price is decent (15-17 November) @ $650.00. The cleanliness of the room is suitable, the handwritten note is a nice touch, accompanying the welcome gift. The rooms are a decent size, complete with a dining area and appropriate amenities to cook a nice meal. DJ'S Diner (downstairs) is an American themed venue, burgers and hotdogs, along with some specials like an Eye Fillet. ❌️❌️❌️ My BIGGEST concern with the room was that the air conditioning wasn't working the best, with a whistling sound during the night. The easy solution is to check the filters and give them a quick clean - imagine my shock when I find the filters are FILTY (not cleaned in over a year) and that there is MOULD in the vents (blowing throughout the room). This was reported to reception, and Maintenance have been informed. ❌️❌️❌️ Overall, I'd stay with family again, but will continue visiting Pullman for solo trips.
