A lovely stay. Everything was clean and the pool area is beautiful, the Barista was super friendly & gave us great advice. Breakfast was delicious. Location is good if you don't mind the walk to Airlie beach (around 40 minutes). It's a beautiful walk. Taxis to the city arrive very quickly and are like $11. Only thing I would change is the pool should be heated so people can enjoy it in winter & the spa should be hotter.

Very happy with our room, modern & stylish. Very comfy bed, good shower. Hotel location is on main road between Cannonvale & Airlie Beach, 30-40 min walk along waterfront to AB shops, very picturesque. Mantra has a restaurant & bar near lagoon pool, quite good but limited menu. Happy Hour 4pm-6pm. Excellent laundry room $8 to wash & dry. Gym room. Staff are friendly & helpful. Excellent value.

Do not understand the negative reviews. Extremely good value for money. Really nice, clean rooms, very quiet and beautiful tropical setting with a huge pool with lots of sun beds and perfectly positioned to enjoy the sun. Lady who runs the food and beverage in the mornings is an absolute legend and makes the breakfast a fun experience. Had lunch and drinks by the pool too and the food was delicious. Would strongly recommend!!!

A bit up and down with this place. We have stayed several times as we live on nearby island and have used it for a mix of pleasure and necessity. The first room we stayed in was up the back, but the room itself has been the best so far. Last 2 times we have been in the renovated rooms nearer to the front of the hotel which have obviously been done extremely quickly and not by a great builder, things aren't straight (door handle, hinges) and in our room this time the floor has a huge bubble in it... these things don't affect your overall stay but are interesting to note. All food and beverage experiences we have had have been great, particularly the service, and have had breakfast included last 2 times (I think because we booked on Accor app). My biggest issue is with the housekeeping. Each room we've been in there's been heaps of dirt buildup on the door (and these rooms are near new), last time there was makeup on the sink and the tea and coffee area had not been wiped. Our service at the front desk on check in this time was not very good with the team member not even asking for our name or 'how are you today', just a 'can I have some ID please' - I'm not entering a nightclub, I'm checking into an Accor hotel. I expect more in terms of front desk service. Our check in before that was nice, but appeared to be the supervisor. Again, food and beverage service is great, the restaurant supervisor that has been running around last 2 stays has been very helpful and friendly. Overall this a good reliable place to stay (for our 3 stays) with some areas that are a bit confusing why they haven't got it right. Hoping to see improvement over our future stays.

I booked to stay here for a work trip. I checked in at 2.30pm with no hassle. I got to my room to find the internet not working spoke with the front desk and they kept asking me to log on to other rooms around the hotel. After all this I had very week internet from a far away room. At around 6 I went to have a shower only to find out there is no hot water so rang the front desk and they said aww yeah it's been out all afternoon and will be fixed sometime tomorrow morning. They then said while you on the phone the kitchen has not gas so there is nothing really you can order. Long story short they wanted to give me a credit of half my room cost for the restaurant (of which was not serving). I had to cancel my stay and try and find a new hotel at 7.30pm that night. Poor communication from staff. The only way I found out was because I called front desk. I think they were hoping nobody noticed. I ended up finding a hotel of which due to the late booked was a lot more expensive. But it had internet and hot water and a restaurant. As I am stay in Airlie Beach quiet frequently I will never be staying here again. There was no follow up or apologies and it takes 30 days to refund the money. Just saying look at all other hotels before this.
