    One star is too much...... Requested invoices to be sent to same email address when I provided a Credit card authority by email. Followed up the request after payment was taken. 1 week later, still had no response to request or the invoices. wrapping up month end, but still waiting on invoices 14 days after the stay. Been in the phone queue for way to long this morning.

    Good location . We stay here 4 nights,paid $330 per night for a standard room this February. The facilities and room decor were old, and bathroom was small. There was no shower place, we had to stand in the cramped tub to take a shower. If you are older, you may be risk of slipping. No daily housekeeping, no complementary tea/coffee bags from day 2, even no fresh towels if we did not asking. Overall, very bad experience. Never back again.

    Upon my early arrival, I attempted to inquire with the staff about the possibility of an early check-in. They requested that I provide my booking information, so I promptly presented my booking details from the digital travel platform. However, the staff quickly informed me that I had actually booked an Airbnb room and advised me to contact the host instead. Initially, I believed I had indeed booked an Airbnb and attempted to reach out to the host through the platform. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I then returned to the staff and asked them to double-check for me. They subsequently confirmed that I had actually booked a hotel room, not an Airbnb room. I felt quite disappointed as I wondered why the staff hadn't carefully examined the information initially. Furthermore, I was also disappointed with the service and arrangements of the hotel regarding another issue, which caused significant inconvenience to my family.

    Spacious clean apartment with excellent facilities. Easy parking, close to public transportation, casual eateries and shopping centres. We will stay again.

    Terrible hotel. Rude staff. Fire alarms ringing in the night (1:30am). Was then woken up by drilling and hammering at 7am in the room above. Rude misinformed staff tried to charge me 30% more than what I would pay online claiming they spoke with manager for discount. Do not stay here, this is low quality hotel with no respect for their guests.
