2 months agoStaff are great and we had option to have free breakfast every morning during our stay. Bit hard to park as the parking area is too congested. We checked in at late night and the checkin process is very easy and the reception staff provided all the info we need as we are new to the city.

a month agoWe stayed in a 1 bedroom spa apartment. It was amazing. We had trouble working the spa, and the staff were very quick to respond and check the spas function (it was our user error, lol) Beautiful view over Launceston

5 months agoThis hotel was an old hospital converted into a great place to stay. Checked in with virgin airline staff. Great location. Room keys are very sensitive and disable when kept with you’re phone. So avoid the headache and keep separate

2 months agoI tree s an old hospital renovated into a motel but it feels like if when you’re in the rooms. We stayed here from a Red Balloon mystery flight. Beds are very budget. But sleepable not comfy as such. It’s just a bed. Staff lovely.

5 months agoLovely hotel. Best service at any hotel I have found in my experience. Large clean rooms and the restaurant is worth a trip also. Recommend both accommodation and trying out the restaurant
