I would very much like to thank the Staff and the Manager Lewis for an exceptional stay and i would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are extremely tidy and clean, and Lewis and staff are very caring and provide a very very high level of service. Thank you

3 weeks agoThis is not a 4 star hotel. It was not properly cleaned but we were tired after travelling and had dumped our bags in the room and gone straight out for dinner. The toilet seat had brown marks on it when we arrived. There were stains all over the carpet, some looked like they had been cleaned somewhat, others were clearly food/sauce from the previous few days (crusty). One of the bedside tables had some sticky purple liquid. The room had clearly been barely looked at by the cleaning/housekeeping staff. The aircon was very noisy, disturbing our sleep. One of the pillows was absolutely disgusting, it looked like it had bugs under the pillow case. They were not bugs, however that is the sign that the pillow needs replacing, so gross! Bed was bouncy like a trampoline. This hotel is not worth $228 per night. They even charge you an extra $15 for parking!

a month agoSomething went wrong with my app booking and it didn't go through in the system (app booking made while parking the car outside) but it wast an issue for the team. She gave us a complementary drink while the App gods got their stuff together and when it still wasn't playing she just "made it happen" The room was clean and quiet so it ticked every box for us

a month agoGood quality hotel in a great location. Needs a little attention to maintenance (broken toilet seat, wall marks, paint chips on doors, carpet stains). Overall, a good experience.

4 months agoLovely room, well stocked. Bathroom is perfect size, water pressure great, view is so nice and bed is very comfy. 100% would recommend. Hotel is walking distance from everything.
