The greeter could not have gone more out of his way to make us feel welcome. Complimented our outfits, gave us a charger, organized a late checkout. Likely the best customer service I've ever had on arrival to a hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was beautiful. After a cold night and beautiful rain flow shower we were looking for a robe. Not there but snuggly blankets. There was a pod coffee machine.. awesome. Excellent check in and parking

Thanks to Mel and Nathan for helping us with Jacks 40th birthday party. The venue is beautiful, food delicious and the rooms were absolutely amazing. We booked the romance package on a one bedroom superior apartment and it was so wonderful to just go upstairs after our event.

Coming from SG, and the first stop was this Sebel and we had a wonderful stay in the end July 2023, the room was clean and of good size… it has access out through the sliding door. Parking was easy after checking in, just use the room key card. The room comes with breakfast and I can say it was really good and yummy, just look at the pictures. It is not far from Yarra Valley which we visited, and there is a big shopping centre not far too.

A few weeks ago, I had the most magical wedding at The Sebel, and I am still overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible experience provided by the exceptional staff. Words cannot truly capture the outstanding service and genuine care we received from the entire event team. Mel, in particular, went above and beyond to make our day not just special, but absolutely unforgettable. Her unwavering support and exceptional service were the cornerstone of our joy. Mel, you are a gem, and your dedication deserves endless applause! I wholeheartedly urge the management to recognize her outstanding efforts with a well-deserved raise.
