    Stayed here with my friend for a Friday night, we booked a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. When we first checked in we got upstairs to find only a 1 bedroom apartment :/ We had to go back downstairs and alert them to their mistake. When we got to our correct room it was FABULOUS! 2 bedrooms with gorgeous king size beds and 1 bathroom EACH. We had so much room it was PERFECT! Breakfast the next morning was wonderful, but the service was lacking. There was 1 person (waitress) and 1 chef which was just not enough for the amount of people having breakfast. There was inadequate signage for the Parking & I didn't know that there was more than just a ground floor carpark until check out.

    Where to start? Our stay was amazing. We stayed there for work and for a week. Breakfast is amazing and the employees were all top notch. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The shower is also very nice. Parking is ample and the floors were quiet. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Croydon!!

    So a previous stay here under the Sebel brand was amazing, a follow up stay last week under the Rydges banner was poor. Booked on their website because it was cheaper and if it hadn’t been pre paid we would have left. Arrived at 4pm, room wasn’t ready or set up for twin share and were told we were lucky housekeeping was still available to set up the beds even though we were the only check in that day? Room was hot and the air con was pathetic, asked for some ice and had to ring again after 45 minutes of waiting, poor setup in room with only one chair, room not very clean, restaurant wasn’t open, staff not helpful at all. No information available in the room for simple things like food options or services, TV lacks information about anything except chrome casting your own programs from your phone. Set in the Bronx area of Ringwood and you have to pay for parking. The only good thing was the shower. Would not recommend.

    I booked one of the Amber Rooms for a corporate event in June. Service was fantastic, response times whilst arranging the booking were great. The team at the SEBEL Ringwood went to great lengths to ensure our day ran smoothly and were super accommodating to our needs. The food also received rave reviews from all attendees!

    The room was stunning. The meals were fantastic and well priced. I stayed here on a work trip so location to where I had to go was amazing, a bit of a drive if you want to get into the city though. Concierge and amenities staff were all fantastic. Only let down was the wait staff: no real customer service focus; forgot little things like fresh cutlery between courses; very slow to come back and take orders.
