The cleaner wheels trolleys make a lot of noise when disturbing us from sleeping in before 9am. Bathroom Bath tub needs replace just for the shower. The only thing good about the hotel is easy access to locations to walking where you want to go. Food great. The bed was good. But easy access to use. How are power point to plug to charger your phone

Jimmy at the reception was very helpful and very smart looking. We felt very welcomed and it's a beautiful place and in a convenient location. We only stayed for a night because we attended Tone s and I concert. We drove from Cairns and now we have to rush back home to the kids and our dog.

For the three nights we spent here, I would say that we were well accommodated and that our room was well serviced and very clean. The comfort of the room could be improved further by adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom and servicing of the air-conditioner. The a/c struggled to cool the room when 28deg outside, in may. Apart from these relatively small improvements, I would say that I will stay here again when next in Townsville. The professional nature and service offered by the reception/check-in staff was exceptional, although the dining experience is not quite to a matching standard.

We were there a week ago for a wedding. The reception area for the wedding was set up beautifully. We stayed in a bungalow which was just perfect. At the wedding reception one of the main meals was not edible. My daughter has food allergies and recently had surgery. One of the waiters approached her about her food allergies. He was rude and annoyed with her for not being able to eat what was given to her. The kitchen staff knew of some guest allergies. My daughter was so upset that she went back to her room and missed dinner and the rest of the reception. Apart from that incident our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and we would recommend your hotel.

Short overnight stay the service was on point from check-in to breakfast. Kids had a swim while I had a cocktail that was nice. Breakfast was well worth it. Aircon was not working and dirty but was fixed asap. All in all I would stay here again. Very kid friendly.
