2 weeks agoEven before I arrived I was impressed by the service I received. The team are great, so helpful and welcoming. The bungalow was brilliant - it had everything (and more) that I needed. Loved the location and grounds. Will absolutely be back, can't thank the Mercure team enough.

a week agoHad an amazing time staying at your hotel while visiting family. We made great use of the amazing pool and the buffet breakfast was wonderful. Staff at breakfast and lunch were very accomodating and showed great service. Would recommend and look forward to staying again

a month agoLovely friendly staff. Delicious restaurant and beautiful pool that was clean and tidy always. We were upgraded to a bungalow which was a lovely surprise. The bungalows are new, clean and comfortable. Service staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again with the family.

a month agoRooms were super small and under the bed was extremely dusty and dirty with old comb and hair clips found. The room door handle was semi broken however still managed to get in and out of the room. The restaurant made us wait almost 1 hour for our meals, and the meat I ordered to be medium rare ended up super dry and over cooked. Staff didn't seem to want to help with turning a fan down that was over head for our little 3 year old was a terrible experience In the restaurant. Overall was ok to stay beds were comfortable and service staff at reception were great.

3 weeks agoStaff were friendly and helpful. Room was awesome and pool facilities are spot on. Room service was prompt and meals served as expected. Loved my stay, look forward to staying again. May even organise for my Daughter and my new son-in-law to stay there for their honeymoon.
