4 weeks agoRoom was average/small for 2 persons, but neat and clean, air-con too cold, had to call service to fix, no extra blankets provided, had to ask twice. Service provided with a smile. Breakfast excellent, conference facilities and food excellent. We asked for late check-out 1 hour complimentary which was agreed too. But the desk attendant knocked on the door at half time and asked us quite curtly to check-out immediately. He was not particularly pleasant unfortunately. The female desk attendants were very polite and apologetic.

a month agoWe recently attended a show at Accor stadium and the location is excellent. We have a toddler and used the room for more than just a bed to sleep in, we needed a base camp. Was pleasantly a good stay. There was multiple events in the area and people everywhere but every single staff member was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and smelled like fresh linen. Our amenities were all in working order. There was minimal outside noise even while our surrounds were bustling with commute. The proximity to Accor and surrounds are excellent. I’ve taken that train to get elsewhere and it’s so not worth the trouble. Will definitely be staying every time I’m there for an event. Very satisfied.

3 weeks agoFantastic stay all round. The location is spot on, the customer service is great and the room was brilliant. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was so quiet (even had a block out blinds for ease of sleeping in). The ensuite was very handy and nice having a TV too! Checkin and out was efficient.

3 weeks agoTwin room (209) was very basic, single beds were small but comfortable. Main complaint was lack of electricity outlet (2 in bathroom, 2 on desk phone plugged into one) none were beside the bed. Very dated alarm/radio/dock not suitable for any apple product later than the iphone3. Lack of outlets meant I had to balance the kettle on the bathroom sink in order to use it. Fridge was dirty and smelt like off milk. On a positive note, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Extensive breakfast options including gluten free.

a month agoMyself and my wife stayed at the ibis/novotel Olympic Park for the Ms Lauryn Hill concert. We both arrived at different times and required separate check ins.Nothing was too much trouble for your staff who were polite and knowledgeable. Our overall experience with the two nights we stayed was amazing, the buffet breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Will be choosing this venue again for future concerts and sporting events.Thank you!
