    The staff are friendly and fantastic. The location great. The rooms, however, need updating. Actually, they should build it bigger and better it's been a few years, and it's showing. The lights shine around the edges of the door from the hallway and you can hear people talking clearly from the hall. Only reason to go back is the location and the staff.

    Stayed here for a concert in Olympic park. It was reasonably priced and the room was nice, the bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t flash. Some shut out blinds would be a good edition as the room was blindingly bright at about 6am with sunrise. The carpark situation could be made a bit clearer too, however overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

    I stayed at this hotel for one night on April 5th. My room was spacious and nice, and it was completely clean and well-organized. The toilet and bathroom were very clean as well. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was great, being exactly close to my workplace. I am very grateful to the hotel staff.

    Location was the only thing good about it. Room had a broken fridge and almost no airflow Was informed by the staff at check in I wouldn't have to pay for parking in their garage and at checkout I was slapped with a near 300 dollar bill. Room cleaners broke my phone charger.

    "EZARINA SO" and her team ruined our Mothers day Breakfast that I paid for. I reserved the hotel that appeared in my search and made sure to pay for breakfast the next day because it was Mother's Day morning i was travelling with my kid. When I arrived, the charming Isabel welcomed me and asked me to sign up for hotel promotions. She also gave me two coupons as a courtesy and said that children can eat for free, but because I had already paid, I didn't really give it much thought and rushed  to the concert. I called the reception the following morning at 8:45 am to inquire about the breakfast schedule. I was shocked to learn that the restaurant had already closed at 7:30 am. At my checkout time at 11 a.m., IBIS assistant manager "Ezarina so" I met this lady and raised the concern. She was so preoccupied with disputing that no coupons could be given out, and her employees were so well-trained that they wouldn't suggest incorrect schedules. She was adamantly arguing, was ridiculously loud, and did not care for a second to even try and listen to the feedback. Denying the complete fact that her staff could be at fault. DIRTY TOWELS/ BATHROOM PRESENTS OK! Disappointed. It is my right as a paying client to request the services I PAID for. She even forgot I was there to return the swipe cards/keys, demonstrates her lack of professionalism. Please ask your IT staff to investigate and come back to me when I ask. She was fighting with me very angrily, saying "My IT department doesn't work on Sundays. I'll make sure to check with them on Monday and come back to you." not to my surprise, she never cared to provide an update. IF YOU WANT PAY FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE(in my case its breakfast) get denied, on top of it want to feel like a LIAR please go and stay in this hotel. BE AWARE OF THIS LADY "EZARINA SO"
