a month agoThis hotel is in an excellent location behind Darling Harbour and on the edge of Chinatown. There are lots of amazing restaurants nearby. There is one of the best children's water playgrounds we've ever been to just a few minutes walk away. It also took only a few minutes to walk to the Saturday night fireworks at Darling Harbour. During our stay there was a games room set up in the hotel for children, with games consoles, toys, and heaps of snacks for free. This was a big hit. There is a small pool and the gym was small but it had brand new equipment. The room itself was good but nothing special. It lacked space for suitcases and drawers for storage. The bathroom was quite small but the shower was good. The service from all staff members was pleasant and they left a small gift and some balloons in the room for my daughter's birthday which was a lovely touch.

a month agoWe stayed the week after the moonlight festival so it wasn't too busy during our stay. During check in and out we had Antonnia (pardon my spelling) who was extremely helpful on pointing us where to go in and out of the hotel as well a friendly smiley face. We had an issue with ordering room service but Lucia (again pardon my spelling) and man bun man (i am unsure of his name)in the lobby bar fixed it for us immediately and gave a drink recommendation for the food we had ordered. Overall great stay and amazing staff.

2 months agoNice and comfy rooms at a great location. Special mention to the staff, Michelle. Very professional and customer oriented. Took ownership of the small hiccups during check-in. Great follow up and tactful in service recovery. Also kudos to all other staffs who were so welcoming. Definitely a 5 stars stay! Keep up the good work!

2 months agoBig enough room, convenient location. However be aware the rooms are very noisy so good luck getting a good night sleep. Rooms are very close to each other and the doors are super thin. If you also have a window you I’ll also hear the traffic on the street. They sink drain was also super clogged and disgusting, but at least they fixed it pretty fast. Overall I would recommend increasing the budget a bit and going for a better hotel.

a month agoOn arrival we got sent to a room that was being painted. Then back to reception and finally went to our room. Breakfast was poor. Bread was stale and a worker left a bread tag that hand an out of date and month. Coffee was so bad that I couldn’t drink it. Head waiter, she had no people skills. No direction on what we were to do. No taking us to a table, we just stood there. The bar was always without staff and I had to ask at reception. Very disappointing hotel. Staff need to be up skilled to ensure they have an awareness of customer service.
