a month agoIt felt like a proper hotel from years gone by (not with the decor, that was beautifully modern) but the fact it was large and spacious and not trying to be "trendy". The lobby bar was busy which is nice to see and the general atmosphere around there was so pleasant - I enjoyed just sitting there. The rooms were beautifully presented and had everything that is needed for a stay. I actually love your refurbished property - well done.

in the last weekAs a Platinum Accor member my stay at the Pullman East Melbourne was a privilege ... I had a delightful upper story room with great views and facilities. I enjoyed the benefits of the executive lounge which was really pleasant and relaxing for breakfast especially in the morning. bed very comfortable too as was the climate control. Great large TV. Wonderful atmosphere in the lobby and bar. Close to tram stop and station for transport. Most pleased

4 weeks agoI was delighted to be returning to this hotel as was very impressed last time I stayed. Once again, the check-in staff and concierge went out of their way to make things as smooth as possible. I arrived early so the room was not ready which was to be expected. When I returned later my luggage was in the room and it only took a few seconds to collect the room key. When I went to check-out, I was met by a staff member who took my key before I could put it in the fast check-out box and asked if he could be of any further assistance. Unfortunately, the pool heating was not working and there was a sign stating that. Spacious room and bathroom.

a week agoI really enjoy having the option of the Club status which is offered here. Located on the 18th floor it's a great location, stunning views of Melbourne the beautiful city, lovely staff and tasty canapes. Rooms are comfortable for couples or sharing, robes and slippers great when going to the outdoor pool. A good range of dining options, but would really love to be able to order omelettes a breakfast.

4 weeks agoFrom start to finish our experience at the Pullman has blown us away. All the staff were outstanding. The customer service at the hotel is to be envied and is of the highest standard in all departments. Everything was impeccable, from the rooms thru to the tiniest details. The staff were brilliant and accommodating. Sincerely I have not seen friendlier, hardworking staff throughout a hotel ever and I have stayed at many hotels in Australia and overseas. Management should be proud of themselves. It has been a treasure to experience it and now I understand what the Pullman experience is all about. Thank you
